Off Peak Season
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 administration fee per unit, with the remaining balance refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
High School Holidays Season
Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival will incur a $150 administration fee per unit, with the remaining balance refunded.
Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Amendments / Postponements
Booking amendments may be made prior to the applicable pre-arrival period (14 days for Off-Peak, 28 days for High School Holidays).
Changes requested within these periods may incur an administration fee applicable to the season.
