To help you settle in, we’ve provided a one-day starter pack including toilet paper, tea and coffee, sugar, milk, soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid/tablet, and laundry powder - all complimentary for your convenience.
Should you need additional supplies, these can be purchased from the local food store nearby.
A complimentary weekly service clean is provided every 8 days for longer stays. If you’d like fresh linen or an additional clean during your stay, simply contact reception - we’re happy to arrange this for you (charges apply). Daily service is also available on request.

Should your room be clean and available before our designated check in time, you are quite welcome to occupy it earlier.

If you are departing prior to this time, please advise us the day before so we can finalize your account. Please return both unit keys to reception or drop in the key return slot at reception.
Late check out may be arranged at $20.00 per hour, subject to availability.
When departing the apartment, please remove your rubbish and load the dishwasher into a wash cycle. Charges will apply if the apartment is left in an unsuitable manner.
Our outdoor heated pool is located at the back of the complex, right in front of the tennis court.
Pool Hours: 7:00am – 9:00pm
Sauna Hours: 8:30am – 9:00pm
The sauna is located on the ground floor just inside the games room.
Please take a towel with you to the pool and dry off before walking back through the foyer.
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, glass is not permitted in the pool or sauna areas.
Our BBQ enclosure is located just outside, to the right of the games room.
The BBQ is electric (no gas required) - simply press and hold the ON/OFF button to start, and allow a few minutes for it to heat up. It will switch off automatically after a set time.
We kindly ask that you remove any rubbish and leave the area clean and tidy for the next guest to enjoy. Happy grilling!
Our games room is located on the ground floor and is a great spot for some fun and friendly competition.
Most machines operate with $1 or $2 coins per game – don’t forget your loose change! We have plenty of coins available at reception, but please note we can only exchange cash (no cards, sorry)
A full-size tennis court is located out the back of the complex, just past the pool.Racquets and balls are available at reception for a small hire fee. Book your time slot at reception.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. Simply open your device’s Wi-Fi settings and select “Majorca Isle Guest” - no password required.
Smart TVs in your apartment are already connected - please don’t adjust the settings. If you have any trouble connecting, just contact reception.
A shared storage area for bikes, surfboards, and other gear is available in the undercover car park for your convenience. Your apartment key provides access. We kindly ask that boards and bikes are not brought into the apartments to help keep spaces clean and damage-free.
Each apartment is allocated one designated parking bay. Penthouse apartments have two allocated parking spaces. If you require additional parking, street parking is available nearby. Please be considerate and do not use another apartment’s allocated bay.
Please keep your TV and radio volumes at a respectful level to avoid disturbing neighbouring guests. If you experience excessive noise from another apartment, please don’t hesitate to contact reception or the resort managers for assistance.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all.
All resort facilities are for guest use only. If you're entertaining visitors, you are responsible for the conduct of your visitors.
Please note: Loud or inappropriate behaviour may result in a call-out fee, fines, or possible eviction.
For safety reasons and in line with health and fire regulations, the number of people in each apartment is limited. If you wish to have additional overnight guests, please notify reception in advance for approval.
All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking to ensure a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.
Please note: An additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We kindly ask that you dispose of all rubbish before departure. Garbage chutes are conveniently located next to the lifts on every level. Please do not place glass down the chutes - for glass items, use the black rubbish bins found inside the fire hydrant cupboard near the lifts.

Even while you're on holiday, unfortunately, thieves aren’t - so please take a moment to secure your belongings. Ensure all doors, including your apartment and vehicle, are locked when unattended. Your peace of mind is important to us.
Please remember to take your keys with you when moving around the building. You’ll need them to access the complex after hours, as main entry doors are locked outside of reception hours.
For everyone’s safety, do not allow others to enter the building unless they have their own key. If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to the resort managers immediately.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $100, and after-hours callouts to assist with access may also attract a charge.

If you notice any maintenance issues during your stay, please let us know - we’re here to help keep everything in top condition.
Please note that guests are responsible for any damage or breakages that occur during their stay, and applicable charges may apply.
If you require an airport transfer or transport to local theme parks, please contact reception. We’ll be happy to help arrange it for you.
Be sure to browse our brochure stand in the lobby for great ideas on things to see and do. We are happy to book tours, transfers, and provide you with helpful local tips and recommendations.
Always swim between the flags - these areas are patrolled by lifesavers and are the safest places to swim.
Be aware that strong rips and currents can occur along the coastline. Take a moment to check ocean conditions and don’t hesitate to ask a lifesaver for advice if you're unsure.
And of course, don’t forget your sunscreen - stay safe and enjoy the beach!

Please provide as much notice as possible if you require these items. Pricing is available at reception.For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times.
Running in hallways or lifts is not permitted, as this can cause damage or disruptions. Lift stoppages due to misuse will incur a $750 technician call-out fee.
Also, please remember to dry your feet before entering the foyer or games room after swimming or visiting the beach to avoid slips and keep these areas safe and clean.

Extinguishers and hoses are located in your stairwells as well as reception and in the car park.
If you need to evacuate, use the stairwells to exit at ground or car park level and move out to the spare block of land across the service road. Please familiarize yourself with the emergency procedure on the back of your apartment door.
